Cancellations: All purchases are final and cannot be cancelled once completed. Orders and requests are processed immediately following purchase. Thank you for your understanding.

Refunds: T&A observes a no exception refund policy. Deposits and/or final payments for custom orders are non-refundable, and non transferable. We appreciate your attention to this matter.

 

Exchanges: For exchanges, T&A observes a limited return policy. You may exchange your product for the correct merchandise if you receive a delivery containing an incorrect design or the  incorrect type of merchandise (such as a t-shirt instead of a hoodie as ordered, or vice versa).

Exchanges for fit: Fit exchanges are only offered when you receive the incorrect size (for example, you ordered L and received XL). Fit exchanges will not be honored under any circumstances if you do not fit the garment you ordered, thank you for your understanding. Please be sure to order your size selections correctly prior to purchasing.
